Usapl Bp and Powerlifting meet this is the 9th year running, in memory of 2 powerlifting greats here in richmond. "big" Paul Jones who represented the children getting in our sport working with special olympians, and promoted strong man in Richmond area. and Phillip Battle beloved and missed brother of powerlifting, started special olympic powerlifting in certain areas of va, did YMCA bench meets for charity so needy children could go to camp, started Richmond open, he was a great ambassador to our sport.
